I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Goodyear location while bringing my Tesla in for a Hawaii safety inspection. Since I didn’t have my Tesla key card with me, I had to give the employee my phone so they could move the car using the phone key. Because of that, I stayed nearby and watched what was happening. To my shock, an employee suddenly began removing a wheel cover and appeared to be preparing to remove the tire. I immediately asked what he was doing. It turned out that he had confused my Tesla with another customer’s vehicle and was about to perform work intended for a different car. What concerned me just as much was the response afterward. There was no meaningful apology or acknowledgment of how serious this mistake could have been. The staff was also very unfriendly throughout the experience. I came in for a simple safety inspection. A shop should have procedures in place to verify the correct vehicle before beginning any work, especially before removing wheels or performing repairs. ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased my tires and scheduled my appointment online, expecting the process to be efficient and straightforward. Instead, I sat there for two hours past my appointment time before anyone even came out to ask me about a lug nut key. After waiting all that time, I discovered they hadn't even started working on my vehicle. I had also asked for new wiper blades and specifically requested the cheaper option. When the employee finally came back, she informed me that the blades had already been installed and my total was $69. When I asked why they were so expensive when I had requested the less expensive option, she smirked and replied, "Because things cost money and prices went up." The response was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. At that point, after waiting over two hours and only having wiper blades installed, I requested a refund for the tire order. I was met with another chuckle and told that she couldn't refund me and that I would have to contact Goodyear myself because I had ordered online. I scheduled an appointment with this location for 4 brand new tires and when I arrived at my appointment I dropped off my vehicle and went about my way for about an hour. I came back and was notified that they in fact did not have all 4 tires at this location, so I had to wait for someone to go out and pick up the out of stock tires from another location. Mind you I had an appointment at 9 and it’s 1140 now and still no vehicle returned back to me. When I first came in I had to sign a document which included my name and phone number which could have been used to contact me and make me aware instead of com in back to the location for news that could have been well received prior. I shouldn’t have to ask for updates when a service takes longer than it normally would. The customer service seems to lack, the maintenance is slow at best and no concern for their customers time or patience. I don’t recommend coming to this location and if you do, please call and verify that your requested parts are on hand so you won’t be left looking like me on a Friday morning wasted waiting for a service to be completed longer than usual.

Made an appointment via phone call and the service advisor was super cool from the get go. Got me in for the following day first thing in the morning. I dropped my car off, left my keys, phone number and a signature then headed out. In-person they were just as cool. Naturally, being a Saturday, I figured they would be slammed with walk-ins and other appointments so I gave them all the time they needed to complete the service. They gave me a call to come pickup my car, and the other in-person advisor who helped me at checkout was just as cool. Picking my car up was as easy as dropping it off. I genuinely had a pleasant experience. I’d visit them again for future service needs. Thanks 🤙

My vehicle broke down and I brought it to this location because they had done some service ony other car in the past. They originally quoted a lower price, but when they went to replace the part, they found it had gone bad because another part had been compromised. They were very quick at keeping me in the loop and she was very transparent that she was quoting me an estimate on the high end, but would try to source the parts locally to get the repair done quicker and at a lower cost. The original 5-7 day window became 3 and they were able to complete the repair under the estimate cost. I was very happy with the service and care they provided and 100% will be using them in the future.
